How To Make Chilli Flakes At Home

Red chilies of high quality are all you need to make chili flakes at home. All you need is red chilies. Begin by thoroughly cleaning and drying red chilies. Transfer the stems to a pan on low-medium heat. Dry roast for 4 to 5 minutes or until an aroma is released. Please switch off the flame once you are done, and let it cool. Transfer the roasted chilies to a grinder and pulse for a couple of seconds. Be careful not to grind the chilies too much, as we do not want to create a powder. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container. Use it whenever you need it. You’re ready to make your chili flakes!
